This 52'x28' model has an additional 10'8" three-season porch.   Vinyl siding is standard, but both cedar and cement board siding are available.   The "skirting" pictured here is rock-faced cement block, loose laid.  There is a full cement slab under this house, and the block makes the home look as though it has a basement. You may choose to have your block loose laid or mortared.   If mortared, there could be a steel access door in the block.   This is most often placed on the back side of the home in an inconspicuous spot, convenient for plumbing access under the house.
