Service requests are
coordinated with factory service, through Brainerd Homes' service coordinator.
Schult has hired several local service technicians to better serve the local

BRAINERD HOMES, INC. has its own "toters" (house-moving trucks) and experienced
drivers to deliver and set your home.
We also have a full time set crew who work
year-round to set and service our homes.

factory reps

work with you to adapt your design to fit the codes and specifications of

manufactured or modular home.
